I am hoping all are doing well. I miss coming here and leaving new blogs and waiting for you all to respond. I am doing better then I was a while back. My husband had been laid off for a month or so. I kind-a fell into a little depression. Things were very tight and still are. We are trying to get back onto our feet still. I am hoping all can pray for us. Not only for our finances, but for our children. One of our kids left home and he is only 15 years old. We are sick with worry. Please pray he sees the LIGHT . My heart is about to break. I thought Travis was doing so well. He is my step son, But I love that boy as much as my own son Channing. I truly miss talking with Travis about different things. He use to sit in the kitchen with me while I made dinner. He would talk about his little teenage problems that he thought was going to end his life. But he would listen to my reassuring words, what happened? He don't listen to anything I talk to him about any more!

My husband and my is breaking.!

I think the most frusterating thing through it all is not understanding what makes the kids tick. I'm only 22 myself and I try to remember what it was like to be there. Our youth group kids range from 12 to 17... They're all so precious to me but the last couple weeks a few of them have fallen and done things that are inexcusable. We know all this because we live in a tiny town. The thing that comforts me is that they are God's kids, not mine. Look at even David in the Bible, he had to go through a lot before he came back to God and the promises that God had in store for him. Also, they hear what you say even when they don't acknowledge it. As for your animals, I have an animal rescue called SparrowsFalling because when people tell me animals don't matter or that there's just too many I remind that them that God created them and that He even cares about a sparrow falling. As for your husband losing his job. I'm so sorry about that. I've been there, last Christmas. The day before thanksgiving actually my husband lost his job. We had a nine month old baby and one on the way and a house payment. I didn't know what to do so I hit my knees. God delivered big time. It wasn't comfortable or easy but He got us through with what we needed. Not more than that, just what we absolutely needed. God is Faithful when we are not. He is loving when we are not. He loves your son, and your family no matter what. James and 1John both talk about that. I'm sorry for the loss of your guinea pig. They are neat little creatures. We used to have one, she died last year, Penny was her name. Such a doll... Anyhow. I'll be praying for you! 2 Mar.
